  • Apply only to clean, dry skin, free of deodorant, lotion, moisturiser, or oils.
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned, sensitive, or recently shaved or waxed skin.
  • Avoid application over varicose veins, broken capillaries, surgical scars, stretch marks with broken skin, or any healing area.
  • Not suitable for anyone with a known adhesive or medical-tape allergy.
  • Single use only — do not reuse.
  • Do not wear while sleeping. Remove gently by peeling slowly with warm, soapy water — do not rip off.
  • Not for use on infants or children. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, postpartum, nursing, or have a skin condition.
  • Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
